Blues musicians are super dope! I got a chance to talk with and hang with Buddy Guy on Saturday the 19th in Chicago. Man, he is cool as indoor AC! He had a lot to say about radio not playing blues and some funny stories about his kids not knowing all he had done in music because they had never heard his songs being played on the radio.
